Food...

The LAST GOOD FOOD I WILL BE EATING!!! Pie. Then we go to China where they will be serving fried scorpions, chicken feet, and other strange things... something that excites Hannah but terrifies me. I, myself am a wimp. I'm not the type of person who would EVER eat strange foods. Sort of like how cheese disgusts the Chinese. They consider it "curdled milk". I guess that means that I will be talking about the scenery and surroundings in a restaurant rather than the food inside (I officially give that job to Johannah Erffmeyer).

Food Journal - SetUp

I set up this journal at the request of several people in the email group, but especially for my niece Lisa Hall (aka "Little Lisa") who is a chef to the rich and famous in LA. She let it be known that she is interested in seeing and hearing about food, restaurants, markets and more in China.

Hoping we can keep her filled in.
